Sharon Doffing is a Distinguished Alumni of Colorado Technical University and a Distinguished Member of the Harvard Leaders' Excellence President's Circle. She is a former City Council Member, entrepreneur, ordained minister, and community leader with decades of experience in public service, nonprofit leadership, and business development.

Sharon has served in numerous leadership roles throughout her career, including President of Camp Luther Dell, where she led a successful organizational and financial turnaround, as well as on multiple nonprofit boards supporting education, youth, and faith-based initiatives. She also serves on the City of Anoka Charter Commission and has led successful citizen initiatives that strengthened local governance and protected consumer choice.

A passionate advocate for servant leadership, Sharon combines strategic vision with a commitment to strengthening communities through collaboration, mentorship, and civic engagement. She resides in Anoka, Minnesota.
