Jennifer C Rykaczewski brings extensive experience in business development, government relations, and market research. A proven leader and entrepreneur, she has built and guided ventures that drive meaningful growth and lasting partnerships across both the private and nonprofit sectors.

Her career includes key roles in political strategy and fundraising, where she served as campaign manager, lead strategist, and director, earning the 2015 ATHENA International Young Professional Leadership Award for her work in community and leadership development. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has served as President of the National War College Spouses’ Club and Administrative Treasurer of the Air & Space Forces Spouses’ Club, where she continues to champion service and connection.

In 2026, Jennifer was appointed by U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy to the Aviation Consumer Protection Advisory Committee (ACPAC), where she brings the traveler perspective into national aviation policy discussions.

As CEO of Affordable Skies, she leads the organization's day-to-day operations and works alongside the Board of Directors to strengthen the role of traveler voices in the future of air travel. Through research, education, and advocacy, Affordable Skies helps ensure those perspectives are part of the conversations shaping the industry.
