Jennifer C Rykaczewski, President & Executive Director

Jennifer C Rykaczewski brings extensive experience in business development, government relations, and market research. A proven leader and entrepreneur, she has built and guided ventures that drive meaningful growth and lasting partnerships across both the private and nonprofit sectors.

Her career includes key roles in political strategy and fundraising, where she served as campaign manager, lead strategist, and director, earning the 2015 ATHENA International Young Professional Leadership Award for her work in community and leadership development. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has served as President of the National War College Spouses’ Club and Administrative Treasurer of the Air & Space Forces Spouses’ Club, where she continues to champion service and connection.

Today, as President and Executive Director of Affordable Skies, Jennifer applies her policy insight and collaborative leadership to strengthen the consumer voice in aviation. Her ongoing work with airline executives, policymakers, and travelers reflects a deep commitment to ensuring air travel remains safe, affordable, and accessible for everyone.
