David Francis

An airline pilot and attorney, David Francis is an eager advocate for safe and affordable air travel for all.

 

After earning a law degree from the University of Texas, David practiced general business law and worked as an Assistant City Attorney for America's fifth largest city before transitioning into the cockpit.

 

He has continued to serve legal and other roles outside the cockpit, and with a unique blend of legal expertise, aviation proficiency, and public service, David offers a well-rounded perspective on the airline industry and the regulatory ecosystem in which it lives
